The sole responsibility of the Directors and Organizers is for establishing and conducting the tournaments.â  Parents, guardians, and coaches are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of the players.â  The Directors of the Victoria Junior Chess Society hold themselves blameless for any consequences of misbehaviour on the part of the players and from any damage to property or injury whatsoever to persons attending these tournament
