2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Monday Nov 14, 2011  5 voting members in attendance  Howard Wu, Miranda Oloma, TianTian Geng, Yunxu Cao, Brian Raymer 

 

The Victoria Junior Chess 2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held Monday Nov 14, 2011 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Silver Threads (back room) 1728 Douglas St., V8W 2G7  This is the same location as the Victoria Chess Club which meets Mondays 6:30 -10:30 pm.

 

Help shape the future of Junior Chess in Victoria. Please try to attend the AGM.

Please let me know if you plan to attend.  And any agenda items that you would like added.  If you are unable to attend in person and would like to phone in or Skype in let me know and I will try to arrange a phone or computer for Skype. Written suggestions can also be sent in by Sunday November 13 to victoriajuniorchess@gmail.com.  Please cc Greg Churchill and Howard Wu on any responses.

The 2008 VJCS AGM was held Tuesday Oct 19, 2008 from 7:15 to 8:00 at First Metropolitan Church (Quadra and Balmoral)  Thank You to the First Metropolitan Church for the meeting space.

Budget and Treasurers report  circulated at AGM  surplus 370.25  medals and ribbons inventory good. CYCC coming up this year should have a neutral effect on budget.
