Jason Cao is the World Champion! Halkidiki, Greece Nov 2010
Jason Cao won his final game and finished with a score of 9 out of 11 at the 2010 World Youth Chess Champion in Greece. Jason had 8 wins and 2 draws in the 11 round tournament and is the U10 World Champion! Jason is expected back in Victoria later this week.

Jason Cao at the World Youth Chess Championships in Greece has a win against another FM from the US in round 8. Jason now has 7.5/8 with 3 rounds to go. Jason is a grade 5 student at Campus View Elementary School in Victoria BC. Jason started playing chess 2 years ago after joining in to the Outdoor Chess at Willows beach.
