Saturday July 7  4-6pm 2012 Canadian Open BBQ   Laurel Point Park

There will be a welcome BBQ for Canadian Open players, families, friends and fans. The BBQ will take place at Laurel Point Park (a short walk from the Hotel Grand Pacific. Beef burgers, Vegetarian burgers and hotdogs can be pre-ordered for $10 adults and $5 children <12 ($15 or $7.50 on site). There will be tables set up to enjoy blitz, bughouse, giant chess and more (free). The park and area nearby is great for exploring. Check out the house boats and feed the harbour seals. Enjoy the beautiful view and landscaping. Lots of room to run around for the young and young at heart.

Events 4-6pm  Food will be served 5-6pm.   Spectators Free.
